Testing this out on our tenant, trying to configure who receives these alerts. Cannot be done in powershell, apparently.

Hey Chris - are you sure about that? I know the "admin" versions of several
cmdlets are Ms-only, but I have successfully used the NotifyUser 4 times
now (on two diff tenants)

Testing this out on our tenant, trying to configure who receives these alerts. Cannot be done in powershell, apparently. If there is a non-enterprise way to do this in ExchangeOnlineManagement (Besides Set-ProtectionAlert/Get-ProtectionAlert), would love to know - trying to do this quickly on many tenants.
